Recycle Boxes Campaign

To instill the awareness on 3R ( Recycle, Reuse & Reduce) amongst the students of Union High School. We, Leo Club of UHS would like to bring out a campaign about it as Go Green was greatly emphasize this year by Lions & Leo Clubs and also to serve our community.

It's a easy campaign that every student can help us by just inserting the unused paper into the boxes that provided to every class.

A total of 29 boxes was distributed by 5 of our BOD (Leo Boon Yan, Leo Caster Yeoh, Leo Ee Wen, Leo Choi Ley & Leo Rong Fang) to the classes at our school on the 27 Jan 2009.

These boxes will be collected every end of the month by our BOD to be send to recycle. All of the money will be donate to the welfare association around Penang to raise their fund. We hope to get the full support from the students.
